We completed a full restoration consisting of
High pressure wash
Replacement of broken tiles
Clip valley tiles
Seal around antenna brackets
Re-point ridge capping
Apply 1 coat of ShieldCoat CT-401 high build surface primer
2 Coats of ShieldCoat roof membrane
1 Coat of ShieldCoat NanoProtect SC-96
Colour: Dark Basalt
We also pressure washed and coated the gutters and Fascia which completely transformed & modernised the house.

It was comforting to see that Sam and Hannah Futcher were meticulous in making sure that every single cracked or siliconed tile was replaced, which is the only way any roof restoration should begin (our previous restoration company wasn’t so thorough), I need to be able to sleep at night and don’t want any water leaks!
