We recently completed this Tweed Heads roof restoration.

The client needed some repair work completed to pass building inspection and wanted to give a welcoming gift to the new owner by having the roof completely restored as well as having the gutters, fascia & down pipes painted to tie it all together.

Work completed:

1. Pressure wash roof
2. Clean out of gutters
3. Replacement of rusty & missing screws
4. Replacement of missing & defective pop rivets
5. Re-sealing joints and overlaps
6. Repair and treat rusty roof sheets
7. Apply 1 coat of ShieldCoat W+
8. Apply 2 coats of ShieldCoat roof membrane (Pale Eucalypt)
9. Paint gutters, fascias & down pipes (Pale Eucalypt)
